Starters and Appetizers
Mojo de Ajo
A Mexican coastal delicacy! Shrimp and mushrooms sautéed in
a slightly spicy sauce of rich butter, chile guajillo and fresh garlic.
Available in 1/2 1b. and 1lb.
Nachos Supreme
Chicken nachos with Rancho beans, jalapenos and melted
Cheddar cheese. Topped with pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole.
Shrimp Taquitos
Crisp corn tortillas stuffed with marinated shrimp. Served
with salsa ranch dressing, pepita vegetable slaw and Cotija cheese.
Coconut Shrimp
"Jumbolicious" coconut battered prawns. Served

New Mexican Quesadillas
Chicken or Steak, caramelized red onion marmalade, and

Portobello and Spinach Quesadilla
Grilled Porto'bello mushrooms, sautéed spinach, and mixed

Sopa Azteca (A.K.A Tortilla Soup)
A zesty chicken broth, filled with tender chicken, fresh avocado and

A hearty tomato based southwestern soup thickened with tortillas.

Poblano Chicken Chowder
A rich, creamy chowder flavored with Poblano peppers, carrots and roasted chicken.

Pueblo House Salad
Fresh field greens tossed in our honey chipotle 'house' dressing and
