Starters and Appetizers
Sopa Azteca (A.K.A Tortilla Soup)
A zesty chicken broth, filled with tender chicken, fresh avocado and
tortilla strips. Topped with melted jack cheese.
Available in bowl.
South Texas Tortilla Soup
A hearty tomato based southwestern soup thickened with tortillas.
Available in bowl and cup.
Poblano Chicken Chowder
A rich, creamy chowder flavored with Poblano peppers, carrots and roasted chicken.
Available in bowl and cup.
Southwestern Caesar
A favorite combination of Romaine lettuce, house Caesar dressing,
tri-color tortilla strips and Parmesan cheese.
Pueblo House Salad
Fresh field greens tossed in our honey chipotle 'house' dressing and
topped with Roma tomatoes and pickled red onions.
Seafood
Pecan Crusted Crab Cake
Dungeness crab blended with roasted corn and Poblano peppers,
finished with a crisp pecan crust over chipotle rémoulade and served
with a fresh Pueblo House Salad.
Smoked Pecan Salmon
Lightly smoked Atlantic Salmon topped with spicy pecans and served
over sautéed spinach and mashed sweet potatoes. Garnished with a
light red papaya and serrano sauce.
Fire Grilled Tuna
Served over oven-roasted vegetables and southwest rice. Topped with a
fresh avocado fan and chipotle mayonnaise.
Grilled Lemon Salmon
Fire-grilled Atlantic salmon, basted in lemon butter and served over
southwest rice and seasonal vegetables.
Desert Fire Shrimp Pasta
Shrimp and fresh mushrooms tossed in linguine pasta with a slightly
spicy jalapeno cream sauce. Topped with Parmesan cheese and
pico de gallo.
Sauteed Seafood Tacos
Flour and corn tortillas filled with sautéed salmon, Ling cod, Halibut,
shrimp, celery, carrots, onions, green peppers and mushrooms.

Your choice of chicken or steak served sizzling hot over a

Large soft flour tortilla stuffed with southwest rice,
Rancho beans, grilled onions, red and green peppers. Choice of grilled steak or

Toritos Chimichanga
Crisp flour torTilla stuffed with southwest rice, black

Boneless breast of chicken sautéed in a light tomato sauce

Tender seasoned chicken and melted jack cheese stuffed into

Rolled flour tortilla filled with seasoned chicken, served
crispy. mothered with Jalapeno cream cheese and melted American cheese. served

Shredded chili chicken in a Ranchero sauce. Layered with

Our three "tres" enchiladas, stuffed with chicken,

Cheese stuffed Poblano pepper dipped in a light egg batter

Beef Fajita Wrap
Grilled steak served with roasted peppers, onions, greens,

Canyon Carne Asada
Fire-grilled, garlic marinated sirloin served with grilled
peppers and onions, southwest rice, black beans and tortillas.

BBQ Chicken Salad
Romaine lettuce tossed with ranch dressing. Topped with
sliced marinated grilled chicken breast, roasted corn, black beans, onion strings,
sliced avocado and tomatoes. Garnished wih BBQ sauce. Available in half or full size order.
